Beijing, Jul. 5(Antaike)-Tsingshan Holding Group Company Limited (Tsingshan) on Jun. 29 signed a strategic cooperation agreement on global environment-friendly energy with Zhejiang Weiming Environment Protection Co., Ltd. (Weiming).

Under the agreement, the two sides shall give full play to each other's advantages in brand, capital, resources, technology, market and products in the future, actively explore innovative cooperative development mode in line with the industrial development and interests of both sides, and intend to establish cooperation in solid waste treatment, industrial waste water waste gas treatment, EPC project construction and operation management of energy power plants, sales and service of environmental protection equipment, mine tailings treatment, waste battery recycling, carbon emission reduction technology and green and efficient new energy solutions etc.
