Background

In 2020, the world was ravaged by the new coronavirus infection. The global economy was plunged into its worst recession since the Second World War II. The global industrial and supply chain were hit with rising unilateralism and protectionism, global structure was evolving at an accelerated pace. Since the beginning of the 2021, with the overall situation of pandemic has improved, the global economy began to recover. How is the silver market and silver industry in the era of post- epidemic and double carbon target? It is worth paying attention to. 

With the successful conclusion of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the full opening of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the development of China’s silver industry has also entered a new stage. China’s silver industry should continue to implement the new development concepts, build the new development pattern and achieve high quality development in the current important strategic period. It is an inevitable choice and a key measure to form a strong domestic silver market and construct a new development pattern of silver industry ecological chain by enhance scientific innovation and development the entire industrial chain, further expanding domestic demand, especially through cross-border integration, effectively cultivating and promoting silver consumption, and promoting the double-cycle development of the economy. 

In this context, the 20th China International Silver Conference& Changsha International Silver Jewelry Fashion Exhibition 2021 will be held at Hunan Changsha International Conference and Exhibition Center during October 28-31, 2021. The event led by China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters, hosted by Gems & Jewelry Trade Association of China, China General Chamber of Commerce, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, The Silver Institute and Changsha Municipal People's Government, Hunan Province. Organized by Beijing Antaike Information Co., Ltd and Changsha Yuanzhou Culture Communication Co., Ltd. Supported by Department of Commerce of Hunan Province and Industry and Information Technology Department of Hunan Province.

The conference is one of the largest and most prestigious international events in the global silver industry.
